Return Policy

We check for any defects or for bad quality of products provided to our customers. All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition.
However, if your order contains a damaged item you may return the product free of charge (excluding shipping charges) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or else will reimburse you. Should your order be missing an item, please email us at info@mirrini.com and provide us with your invoice number so that we may rectify the problem.
You may also wish to return your order (in part of whole) within 14 days from shipping without needing to provide any justification. In this case you shall be reimbursed in the same way as you paid for your order and shall only pay for shipping costs of returned products.
